When I first receive the luggage, how do I set the code?

1. Start with the original combination of 0-0-0. Switch the Reset Button on the latch from "OFF" to "SET".
2. Adjust the dials to your desired combination (e.g. 8-8-8).
3. Switch the Reset Button back to "OFF". Your lock will now open with the new combination.

Why does the luggage handle feel a bit shaky?

The handle may have a slight degree of movement to ensure durability over time. This allows for thermal expansion and contraction and lateral forces, preventing the handle from becoming too tight and potentially causing damage.
