Red Boat Premium Fish Sauce, 500 ml (17 oz.), is made with just two ingredients: sea salt and black anchovies sourced from the pristine waters of Vietnam’s Phú Quốc archipelago. Our fish sauce is 100% pure flavor, with a first press and 40N rating that ensures a high protein content for maximum taste.

After being carefully caught, the anchovies and sea salt are fermented for a year in selected wooden barrels in Vietnam, following a centuries-old tradition. This slow fermentation process enhances the rich flavor of the fish sauce, making it perfect for a wide range of dishes.
